Processing Time

Orders ship within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order item, everything ships together once that item is available. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Changes and Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email info@drinkflav.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we’ll work with you on a return or replacement.
